God places leaders over our lives to help us , encourage us , strengthen us , bless us , aid us , correct us and even discipline us . Good disciplers will never control us , or play the role of holy spirit over our lives . But they will do whatever that is needed so that we can become strong in the lord .

With you , i walk this narrow way
This week bible study lesson was discipleship , i felt the word impacted me as i was fairly weak in this point . So i took down lots of notes and read up about it . Important points .
Key to growth and multiplication is Discipleship !!
The problem doesn't lie on the harvest but the laborers . this was very true after much thinking . Easter and Christmas events could mount up to 60 thousands over attendants . Having people coming isn't a problem but how much impacted are they is another thing . People don't care how much you know until they know how much you care . Live a righteous life !!A believer only becomes a disciple through a process of molding and discipleship !!
Discipleship process is one of observation , showing them how it's done . Real discipleship happens on a day to day basis , not just in a room sitting down . Jesus style was to show the doing first then did the teaching . True Discipleship happens in the most natural circumstances .
